Atul Yamsanwar, the Chairman and CEO of A-1 Lifestyle, is the main inspiration behind the company. Atul's close association with real estate construction and architecture gives him the unique advantage to spearhead a lifestyle company like A-1 Lifestyle.

An architect from VNIT, Nagpur, Atul is a renowned figure in the Vidarbha housing sector. He has developed several successful housing projects in Vidarbha region including many in the rural area. He has been conferred various awards including "The best businessman of the year" by JMCCI, Mumbai for his services to the housing sector. He is also the president of PDA, a leading association of builders in Nagpur.

Atul is a strong believer of TTQ - Trust, Transparency & Quality, which is of utmost importance in a retail service company like A-1 Lifestyle.

He is on the panel of various housing and FS organizations including LIC Housing finance, HDFC and several co-operative banks. He is passionate about education and is involved in several educational initiatives including AVBIT and NDES.
